The primary role of the Contracts / Account Manager will be to lead client accounts within our busy Contracts Department. The Contracts / Account Manager will ensure that their allocated projects run efficiently and profitably ensuring full compliance to all contract conditions. The most critical conditions being that all work is completed to a high standard, in a safe working manner, within programme and to the total satisfaction of our client(s).

In this job you will be expected to take on a duty of care to all our clients and take ownership on the day to day jobs which come in. All works are very varied from reactive, non-reactive and quoted. We currently have an ever-growing portfolio of over 2800 sites nationally with a great team currently working for PPVS. The role will also include building up a good reputation with suppliers across the country.

PPVS are looking for a multi service engineer to join our in-house team. Scope of works could be anything from interior refurbishments, carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing works and repairs with also planned maintenance on our commercial sites. You will need to be a friendly, motivated, reliable and hardworking individual with a proven track record of working on commercial, retail and property maintenance / project contracts.

Working as an electrical engineer the key responsibilities will be installing cabling and management in business environments, such as industrial, commercial, retail and residential. Along with compliant checks such as commissioning and testing of installations, along with inspections, testing, and reporting on fixed wiring, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and portable appliances. The role is ready and waiting for an enthusiastic individual which is looking to work in a busy environment.

Working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team as a Waste Management Executive for our waste brokerage department, you will be joining a well-established, fun and energetic organisation where we provide a point of contact for the customer to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Waste Brokerage Company is family run waste management provider for domestic and commercial customers across the UK. We cover all services from general waste and PPMS, skip services to site clearances and project works supporting our sister company PPVS, a national facilities management provider.
